Tonight Austin had his second baseball game of the season and he did really good. He came in as the pitcher with two outs and bases loaded, he had the pitch count at a full count, and struck the hitter out! The last inning when he got up to the plate he got an amazing hit right up the middle, but unfortunately one of his best friends made a great catch and got him out.
The game was so fun to watch, we didn't win, the final score was 5-4, but Austin had a blast and just couldn't stop smiling! It was awesome to see him so confident and proud!
This is the first year he's had the chance to pitch, and he's doing great. The first game he came in for two innings and struck out all the batters. In the two games, he hasn't let a runner score! Pretty FUN!!!

Good for you. Austin you are such an amazing boy in so many ways. Seriously Sasha, you better get ready to chase the girls away. Brings back memories of watching David's little league games. Hey, when our husbands get too old to play we can watch Austin, right? Can't wait for summer to get the kids together and chit chat and sit in the sun. Love ya.
